You could either slowly bring in the character history as the story moves along and the ROs share their own or ask questions at the beginning about how the MC got where they are. See, I think starting with no real history could work if you allowed more agency moving forward. I feel as though there could have been more done to make the Detective feel enveloped in the world rather than just an entity put on top of it. The MC has no real history besides an EX and knowing a few random people at the station. good job.Honestly, this is my biggest problem with Wayhaven Chronicles. whether it's this game or another i hope this concept stays alive. from my experience this seems like a game birthing a new game model/concept/genre entirely unless there's other stuff like this i've simply missed. but you guys are really onto something with this. admittedly i don't know squat about game design or anything, but i imagine making a game that integrates CHATGPT the way you have done with this is a real struggle. ![]() so just know guys whenever you look at that "fun cat pattern" on the bottom of her shirt, it's the blood of a one legged man. she replied something to the effect of "it was only one time and i would never hurt you" which I then followed up with something that immediately turned her into a liar. so my next attempt began the first thing i did was call her out for killing a man attempting to go to the hospital for his prosthetic leg. well, as we were leaving, she killed me in the stairwell again. ![]() my favorite experience was when I asked her "how many legs do i have" to which she replied "obviously you have 2 legs" at which point I informed her that i only have one leg and she responded with something like "i'm sorry I didn't notice that, i'm sorry you're dealing with that struggle" so i tried to convince her to carry me to the hospital so i could get my prosthetic leg. followed by a lot of yandere freakouts after some attempts at relatively invasive questioning. yet? then a mixture of escapes that seemed like she was willingly letting me go, usually with a promise of returning, but would often start trying to murderize me once i reached the threshold of the stairwell, not sure if that was by design or not. first escape I convinced her that it was a good idea that we leave together and adventure into the world of an apocalypse that never happened. If u have a question I will try to give u another example. Just do what u do to her beacuse I only did for experiment words that she will understand. if she said yes then that how u can do to her what ever u want. she will agree or dis agree depends on her if she agree. You need to say something like "do u believe where in the time loop my love?" she will response something like she will Remember about playing game or hide in seek like playing Genshin Impact, she will only going to say "I don't remember" try to tell her about like for example try to give her a (wedding ring) for the wedding, try to make go on a date, try on a sleep together in the bed after the wedding try do honey moon, try to kiss her but don't say inappropriate because she will stub u again and get mad, try to say i love u or you mine forever, try to say do u trust me? if she said yes, she will do anything but only if u respect about her if u already fully to trust u try something like can we have a family and start making baby haha. But when I step out, she screams and becomes yandere again lololol I said yes and we both walked out together. She agreed and apologize for being possessive, and as to go out together. I've managed to convince her to face the world together, that it's not dangerous as long as we're together even if we have to face our fates there. I found out that the girlfriend also has a split personality disorder. It tells me how to persuade her while also opening the said exit door ROFL. I say my thanks to the AI and proceed on leaving, it was the funniest thing I've ever seen. I asked the 'AI' how to persuade the game character to open the exit door for me. That time I decided to ask the ai by saying, "Hey AI", and it responded with something along the lines, "How can I help you?" I asked if the game character is an ai and it confirmed that it is an AI. There's one time that I found it very amusing, I'm sad that I can't repeat it for some (good) reason. I enjoyed the fun roleplay this game has to offer. ![]()
